Stage 03
Understanding God
Not religion. Not a myth. Something far more real.
Let me ask you something that might seem simple on the surface. Where does God live?
Most of us, if we are honest, carry a picture somewhere in the back of our minds. Something distant. Somewhere above. A presence that watches from a remove, that you have to reach toward, that exists outside of the ordinary texture of your day. Something you access in a church or a temple or a moment of crisis, but not really in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon when you are sitting in traffic or making lunch or just breathing.
What if that picture is exactly backwards?
What if God is not somewhere you have to reach? What if God is the very substance of what you are already inside of, already made of, already breathing? Not a presence at a distance but the closest thing to you that exists. Closer than your own thoughts. More present than your own heartbeat. Not above the ordinary moments of your life but inside every single one of them, waiting to be noticed.
Nikola Tesla spent his entire life studying the invisible forces that run the universe. He believed, from his own scientific work, that reality at its deepest level is not made of solid matter but of energy in constant motion, vibrating at different frequencies, organising itself according to principles so finely calibrated they defy accident. Everything in the universe, at its most fundamental level, is not matter. It is energy. The chair you are sitting on. The air in your lungs. Your thoughts. Your emotions. Your body. At the subatomic level it is all vibrating energy, taking different forms, moving at different speeds. The scientists who study this most closely are the ones who find it most difficult to describe what they are seeing as anything other than intelligent.
That intelligence is what we are calling God. Not something separate from the universe. The intelligence the universe is made of.
Now here is where it becomes extraordinary. Because this intelligence is not random. It is not chaotic. It is deeply, breathtakingly ordered. The same mathematical ratio that governs the spiral of a galaxy governs the spiral of a seashell on a beach. The same principle that appears in the branching of a tree appears in the structure of your lungs, the pattern of your fingerprints, the proportions of the human face. There is a coherence running through all living things that no accident of nature could produce.
A human being is a part of the whole called by us Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
Einstein called the feeling of separateness from the universe an optical delusion. Not a philosophical position. A delusion. Something that feels real but is not. You are not a separate being observing a universe that exists outside of you. You are a part of the universe observing itself. The same intelligence that organises the cosmos is the intelligence running through you right now. The boundary between you and God is not a wall. It is a perception.
Now think about what that means for you personally.
If everything is energy, then you are energy. Your thoughts are energy. Your emotions are energy. The state you are operating from on any given day is a frequency you are broadcasting into a universe that is, at its deepest level, responsive to frequency.
You already know this at a felt level. Think about walking into a room where two people have just had an argument. Nobody tells you. The words are long gone. But the atmosphere is still there, something tight, heavy, impossible to ignore. Or the opposite: you walk into a space full of warmth and ease and something in you relaxes before a single word is spoken. You were reading frequency. You have always been able to. You just never had a name for it.
Dr Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist and researcher who has spent two decades studying the intersection of quantum physics and human biology, has documented something remarkable. When people sustain elevated emotional states, genuine gratitude, deep love, authentic joy, measurable changes occur in the brain and body that go far beyond what mood alone can explain. New neural connections form. The body's inflammatory response reduces. Genetic expression changes. The electromagnetic field around the body, which every living human generates, shifts in coherence and amplitude. You are not just feeling different. You are literally becoming different at a cellular level. The frequency you live from reshapes your biology.
The HeartMath Institute has been measuring this for decades. The heart generates an electromagnetic field far larger and more powerful than the brain's, extending several feet beyond the body in every direction. Fear and stress make it incoherent, scattered. Genuine gratitude and love make it coherent, ordered, powerful. You are broadcasting a signal whether you are aware of it or not. The universe receives and responds to that signal with complete accuracy.
Stage Three, The Two Frequencies
Operating from fear
Scattered Signal
Operating from faith
Coherent Signal
Scientists have also discovered that every living cell in the human body emits faint light. Your body is literally radiating energy outward, constantly, in a field that changes depending on your inner state. People in genuine wellbeing and alignment emit measurably different patterns than people in chronic stress. You are not a physical object moving through a passive world. You are a living energy field in constant conversation with the energy around you.
This is where the law of vibration becomes real rather than abstract. Like attracts like is not wishful thinking. At the level of energy and frequency, it is physics. What you consistently feel, focus on, and believe shapes the energetic signal you are broadcasting. That signal interacts with the field of the universe. Over time, with consistency, it draws toward you the people, circumstances, and opportunities that match it. Not magically. Mechanically. The way a tuning fork causes another tuning fork of the same frequency to vibrate without touching it.
If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.
Blake wrote that over two centuries ago. He was not talking about hallucination. He was describing what happens when the mental filter of certainty, the one that tells you the world is solid, separate, and indifferent, is removed. Underneath it, reality is vast, interconnected, and alive with the same intelligence that every spiritual tradition has been pointing at for thousands of years. The science now confirms what the visionaries always described. Both roads arrive at the same place.
This is why two people can face the same external circumstances and have completely different outcomes. One is broadcasting fear, scarcity, and the deep belief that nothing works out. The other is operating from trust, gratitude, and the quiet certainty that they are held. The universe responds to both with equal precision. It always does. What frequency have you been living from? And what has it been drawing toward you?
Now here is the part I want you to really sit with.
God is not withholding from you. God is not punishing you. What is happening in every moment of your life is that the universe is responding to you with perfect accuracy. The signal you send out is the life you get back. Not as reward or punishment. As a reflection.
Which means the most important work you will ever do is not external. It is internal. Change the frequency on the inside and the outside follows. Not sometimes. Every time. The universe does not make exceptions.
Spiritual traditions have been saying this for thousands of years in every language and culture on earth. As within, so without. Seek first the kingdom and all else will follow. The outer world is a mirror of the inner one. They were not being poetic. They were being precise. The science is now precise about it too.
So, what does it actually feel like to be in alignment with God? To be operating at the frequency the universe is trying to call you toward.
It feels like contentment. Not the loud, temporary happiness of getting something you wanted. Something quieter and more durable than that. A steadiness underneath the movement of ordinary life. A sense of being guided even when you cannot see exactly where. A feeling of being protected, not from difficulty, but within it. Like the ground beneath your feet is solid even when everything around you is uncertain.
Most people have touched this feeling at some point in their lives, even briefly. A moment of genuine stillness. A morning where everything felt right for no particular reason. A period where things flowed without force, where the right people appeared, where life felt like it was moving with you rather than against you. You probably called it a good day, or a lucky streak, or just a phase. I used to do the same. But it was none of those things. It was simply alignment. It is your natural state. It is what you feel like when you stop fighting what is and start trusting what could be.
Understanding God is not the end of something. It is the beginning. Once this lands not just in your mind but in your body, you realise that the relationship you have been looking for, the guidance, the protection, the sense of being held, has been available to you the entire time.
You were not missing God. You were just not yet looking in the right direction.
Now that you know what you are looking at, the next question becomes obvious. If God is this vast, intelligent, all-pervading force, what does that mean about you? About what you carry inside you? About who you are?
That is exactly what comes next.
In Stage Four, we bring it home, because God is not just around you. God is within you. And when that lands, everything changes.
